Jadon is with his grandparents for the weekend. He is going to have the best weekend, wrapped in the center of their love and attention. It makes me cry to think of how special he will feel this weekend.
Jack is currently asleep. He is a whirlwind of activity, so when he stops moving, it is a thing to behold. He has the sweetest little bedtime routine. He picks a story book out of his bucket, then walks across the hall into his room, grabs his blanket, plops down on the floor, and waits for you to join him. Once finished with the story, we sing a song, and he goes to sleep. Tonight, as I started to sing Jesus Loves Me, he started singing along. I stopped singing, and he sang the song himself. Every word was not recognizable to me, but the sweet spirit that came from him while he worshiped literally took my breath away.
"O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens. From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise . . ." Psalm 8:1-2
Already he praises God. So does Jadon. Soon, Kyle will join them.

Our Story
- John and Kelly
- This story begins with 5 people. John, Kelly, Jadon, Jack, and Kyle (he is only 23 weeks old... and he is still safely tucked away in his mommy's belly) In an hour's time Kyle made his way into the world. 1 pound, 3 ounces- 11 and a half inches long. This family will never be the same. This child is a warrior. He has the spirit of a Lion, and more courage than a whole pride. He is fierce, and fearless- and he is teaching us to fear the Lord- and to believe that God is in our midst and healing even now. Join us as pray, as we praise, and as we journey through this life as lovers of God and all His glory.
